FIMI closed its doors with 26% more visitors

The 82nd edition of FIMI (International Children and Young People’s Fashion Fair) held in Madrid past 22nd, 23rd and 24th January has increased its visitors in 26%.

Foreign buyers invited by FIMI, which this year have grown in 52%, came from 42 countries. Amongst others: Algeria, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, USA, France, Georgia, Greece, Holland, Honduras, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mexico, Nicaragua, Oman, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Tunisia and Turkey.

FIMI’s return to its original date has promoted the increase of the registration of foreign buyers in counter in more than 10%.

In this sense FIMI becomes undeniable business platform for companies who want to show their collections to the world.

Maintaining the objective to grow in internationality and to promote that the long-haul foreign visitor can attend in a week to the most important events on the European childrenswear circuit, the next edition of FIMI will be held from 25th  to 27th of June.
